On Monday, January 3rd, 2011, the following text message was sent:

“I was eating salted cashews. Way too salty. Should have been called cashewed salt! LOLOL #hilariouscashewjokes”

What ensued was a flood of cashew-themed jokes - a battle of wits between the two of us (Justine and Spencer).

And thus, a revolutionary genre of humor was born.
